Platform Rules & User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "92bet," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 92bet platform at 92bet.cam and all affiliated entities responsible for its operation.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 92bet platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the 92bet website at 92bet.cam, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated software or services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual upon completing 92bet's registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal balance associated with a user's 92bet account, denominated in supported fiat or cryptocurrency values.
• "Crypto Assets" refers to Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20), Ethereum (ETH), and any other cryptocurrency accepted on the platform at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a user's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" refers to territories where access to and use of the 92bet platform is restricted or prohibited by local law.

These Terms and Conditions, together with 92bet's Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 92bet. By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If 92bet makes changes to these Terms and Conditions, users will be notified via the platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept revised Terms must close their account and cease using the platform.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on 92bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Registrations by individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted without express prior written authorisation from 92bet.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or relative of a person in the above categories employed by or affiliated with 92bet or any of its software or gaming providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must only register one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, device, or IP address are not permitted.

92bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals, granting access to certain services, or as part of ongoing compliance reviews. Documents typically requested include government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address.

Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 92bet will suspend the account and withhold withdrawal processing until verification is resolved. Any deposits made during an unverified period may be returned to the original payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92bet login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account. 92bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify 92bet immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 92bet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to maintain adequate password security or has shared their credentials with a third party.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via an authenticator app.
• Do not log in to 92bet using public or shared devices unless you log out immediately after each session.
• Do not store your 92bet credentials in unencrypted or shared documents or cloud storage.

92bet employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all platform connections and monitors login sessions for anomalous activity. Suspicious logins from unrecognised devices or geographic locations trigger automated security alerts to the registered email address.

92bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20), Ethereum (ETH), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 92bet's sole discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed for potential suspension.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Crypto deposits are credited to your 92bet wallet upon confirmation of the requisite number of blockchain confirmations. 92bet does not control blockchain network speed and is not liable for confirmation delays.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within two to five minutes during normal operational hours.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two business hours to process.
• 92bet does not charge a platform-side deposit fee. External fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

92bet reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit transaction where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation and may be reported to appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable law.

Withdrawals at 92bet are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the conditions set out below. 92bet maintains a same-payment-method policy to prevent money laundering and to maintain the integrity of the platform's financial operations.

• Crypto withdrawals (BTC, USDT TRC-20, ETH) are processed within ten minutes of approval. Network confirmation times are outside 92bet's control and may vary.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours during normal operational hours, subject to provider availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business hours. Standard bank processing times apply thereafter.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals from Bonus Fund balances are only available after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.

92bet reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing may be delayed if documentation is not provided promptly. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the user before they reach the "Processing" status. Once a withdrawal has entered the processing stage, it cannot be reversed.

In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, 92bet may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. Users will be notified of any such hold within 24 hours and advised of the documentation required to resolve the review.

92bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered users. All bonus offers are subject to their individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer and incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to the user's Bonus Wallet and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each offer's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• 92bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines that the offer was claimed in breach of its terms or through fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity.
• Bonuses have a validity period, after which any uncompleted wagering and associated bonus balance will expire. Expiry periods are stated in each offer's terms.
• The maximum bet permitted using Bonus Funds is Rs 1,000 or equivalent per round or bet, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

92bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be amended to the detriment of users who have already validly claimed them, except where required by applicable law or regulation.

All sportsbook bets placed on 92bet are governed by the platform's general betting rules together with sport-specific and market-specific rules, which are published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general and specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for each sport. For cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).
• 92bet reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Users who place bets on clearly erroneous odds do so at their own risk and agree that such bets may be voided regardless of outcome.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. 92bet does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets during live events.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and user account standing.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at 92bet's discretion unless the market is specifically designated as in-play.
• Match postponements, cancellations, and abandonments are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules for each market type.

92bet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any user at any time without being required to provide a reason. This includes implementing account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns are identified as unusual, abusive, or contrary to the platform's commercial integrity.

All casino games available on 92bet are provided by licensed, third-party game studios and are governed by the individual rules displayed within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms. The game studios' own terms apply to gameplay where 92bet's terms do not address a specific situation.

• All slot games, live dealer games, crash games, and instant-win games on 92bet use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology audited by independent testing laboratories.
• Game malfunctions void all plays and pays for the affected round. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously credited win, 92bet reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels) operated by human dealers in a licensed studio environment. 92bet accepts no liability for disruptions to live dealer sessions caused by third-party studio technical issues.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in each game's information panel within the platform interface.

92bet reserves the right to remove, suspend, or replace any game in the casino library at any time without prior notice. Removal of a game does not entitle users to compensation unless the removal directly affects an active bonus wagering completion in progress, in which case alternative qualifying games will be offered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or shared device.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, sure-betting strategies, or any systematic approach designed to circumvent 92bet's commercial margins across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 92bet staff members or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 92bet's systems, databases, or the accounts of other users.

92bet employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 92bet reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of violation and to recover any funds withdrawn as a result of that activity.

92bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required time period.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements mandating account action.
• A user's voluntary self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed by 92bet for reasons other than a breach by the user, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via the registered payment method within a reasonable period following completion of any outstanding reviews.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 92bet support. Account closures take effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request. All pending bets and active bonuses will be settled or cancelled in accordance with the applicable rules at the time of closure.

92bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players who may be at risk of developing harmful gambling behaviours. The following tools are available to all registered users within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your 92bet account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. The platform will restrict further bets once the limit is reached.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any software or algorithms used on the platform.
• Use 92bet's brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any 92bet content or functionality.

Any unauthorised use of 92bet's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92bet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits due to technical failures, platform downtime, or interruption of service.
• Losses arising from delays in crypto transaction confirmation on third-party blockchain networks.
• Data breaches or unauthorised access caused by the user's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any event outside of 92bet's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network failure, or cyberattack.

92bet's total aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user into their 92bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

92bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 92bet.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected by 92bet is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where consent has been given — marketing communications. 92bet does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92bet is incorporated and licensed to operate. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the 92bet platform.

Minor changes, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law, may be made without advance notice.
